Streamline - Partner Coordinator (SH)


Role Objective:

  • Manage the operational relationship, service quality and ADP Streamline processes and obligations performance for a Partner or set of Partners.
  • To deploy efficient processes and systems to help providers to fulfil their obligations towards ADP Streamline and gain efficiency.
  • To monitor and control input/output data flows to/from local ADP Streamline payroll providers (ADP or Partners) down to multinational Clients’ HQ, through the hub. Data flows include single data inputs, monthly payroll results (CRS files), and financial files (GLF) produced by local providers.
  • To act as ADP Streamline production expert, providing active support to local providers in order to increase their satisfaction with our systems, processes and tools.
  • To define and produce on a regular basis production reports reflecting providers’ efficiency, quality and timely respect regarding the information they submit to the hub.
  • To contribute to the evolution of the production processes and tools such as countries files .collection processes (CRS, GLF) or BPM protocols and associated business rules.
  • Coordinate all issues and to do’s related to their Partners scope.
  • To monitor and manage audits that will measure process and data quality, as well as systems security.

Key Requirements:

  • University degree or above
  • Managerial capabilities
  • Process monitoring and? process deployment skills
  • Minimum experience in production tasks - payroll related is a plus
  • Skills in quality measurement and production activity tracking
  • Knowledge of data reporting tools (MS office, SQL access, etc.)
  • Perfect communications skills in users facing context, users group, business meetings
  • International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment
  • Efficient in at least English language. Additional languages are pluses
