Role Objective:
To meet the SAP HR technical training needs of our external clients and all kinds of training needs of internal associates by identifying training needs, developing and maintaining high quality training materials and preparing and delivering high standard training.
Key Requirements:
- University degree or above, majored in Computer Science or related
- 3- 5 years experienced in SAP HR/Payroll
- Courseware development experience is a plus
- Adult learning best practice
- To be good at training needs analysis
- Good English skill and can deliver training for the clients in English
