
Role Summary
Under the direction of the Asia Pacific Vice President for Sales, contribute to the China automotive sales effort to build and deliver sales target to the company operating plan. Additionally the Sales Manager will work as an account manager to ensure customer satisfaction at all stages of the customer lifecycle.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Sales Manager is responsible for creating an annual Sales Plan and providing forecasts and revisions as appropriate.
The Sales Manager is responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the annual operating plan.
The Sales Manager, in coordination with the Sales VP, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the Company.
The Sales Manager will work with customers and ADP OEM liaison Associates to ensure ADP maximises its opportunities.
The Sales Manager is a key part of the country sales team and is expected to contribute to the performance of the business as a whole.
The Sales Manager will continuously monitor customer satisfaction and communicates the customer concerns to those who serve the accounts. Additionally provides reciprocal feedback to assure the accounts of ADP’s commitment to fully meet their needs.
The Sales Manager, in conjunction with the Sales VP, formulates strategies for strengthening the relationship with assigned accounts and maximizing the company’s potential to establish business partnerships with the accounts.
The Sales Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing account plans that contain the strategies and action plans for maximizing the value of the account.

Experience and/or Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree preferred, with a major in IT, or business management.
3 years work experience minimum, preferably in sales, account management or other customer facing positions, with either OEMs or Distributors.
Ability to work effectively with other departments to maximise the achievement of sales targets.
Customer oriented, able to develop and maintain professional work relationship with OEM and dealer group management personalities.
