
Role Summary:
- To work within the ADP Network Product team with a specific focus on design, implementation and support for ADP’s International offices & customer base
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and maintain customer networks (Worldwide excluding North America)
- Monitor ADP Call Logging System in order to adopt & deal with customer calls within SLA
- Update customers regularly with the progress of their support calls
- Ensure that all calls are brought to resolution as swiftly as possible, and to the satisfaction of the customer
- To provide documentation and technical solutions for our customer facing networks & Knowledgebase
- To provide training where necessary for other members of the N&T Product Group
- To assist with the provision of training for in country support staff within ADP
- Implement and utilise appointed network and telephony monitoring systems
- To attend customer sites where necessary
- To performance office internal IP infrastructure tasks
- To work extended hours where necessary
- To undertake any other duties that may reasonably be requested
