Role Objective:
- Develop a comprehensive sales strategy targeting the large Chinese Multinational and coordinate the global sales process for the international implementation of ADP GlobalView®.
- Aggressively raise sales revenue in China.
- Maintain/develop prospect relationships by presenting appropriate solutions and functioning as the key contact for senior executives in client organizations.
- Expand relationships with existing partners and develop new relationships as needed.
- Identify and implement new business opportunities and business growth strategies.
- Communicate regularly with global counterparts to inform them of local market trends, opportunities, and issues, and ensure that the worldwide strategy is correctly implemented in the Chinese market.
- Delivery of forecasted budget
- Management of financial status of clients
- Management of contract process
Key Requirements:
- Strategic selling and marketing ability
- BPO industry knowledge is a must
- Previous sales experience to senior decision makers in fortune 500 companies, preferably in Finance, HR/Payroll or IT service areas
- Payroll & Human Resource industry knowledge is a must
- Contract management knowledge
- Ability to prepare and maintain account plans
- Professional presentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective internal/external networking
- Excellent English and Chinese written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
