Key Responsibilities:
- To provide Autoline system (including Vehicle Sales CRM, Service Management, Parts Management, Financial Management) technical support services for our clients
- To help the clients to fix the system issues
- To deliver regular system training to the clients
- To provide technical/system advice to the clients
- Other work related to the system support
Key Requirements:
- Degree holder, majored in computer Science, engineering or related field
- At least 1 year experience for Bachelor Degree holder or new refresher for Master Degree holder
- Familiar with Accounting, CRM or logistic management will be a plus
- Knowledge of ERP, SAP,UFIDA, Kingdee or other Information Management System will be preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be a fast learner
- Good English
