Key Responsibilities:
- Build long-term business relationship with clients and develop a understanding of client organization and their HR issues
- Provide general HR Consultation advices to clients in areas of Labour Contract Laws, local regulations, IIT policy, HR process etc
- Perform payroll services on e-HR platform, such as compensation & benefit calculation and submission, IIT management etc. Deliver high-quality output to clients.
- Work with IT and implementation department to advise on e-HR system optimization, testing, maintenance and evaluation. Post-delivery testing is necessary as well
- Train Assistant in C&B administration work, IIT declaration, banking related services and carrying on Expat’s work and residence permit.
- Provide practical advices to improve the process of payroll service
- Perform the workflow and requirement files for clients
- Provide administrative support to senior staff and maintain all documentations
- Conduct system training for clients
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, with more than 2 year + experience in the area of payroll and benefits
- Knowledge with salary structure, employee benefits and tax rules
- Familiar with outsourcing industry, and who ever worked in HR/Software outsourcing industry would be preferential
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Professional attitude, efficient, and attention to details
- Good team spirit, communication and interpersonal skill
- Good computer skills particularly in Excel, PPT, Word and presentation
- Relevant certificate in field of outsourcing industry would be preferential
