
ROLE RESPONSIBILITY:
- The incumbent will utilize their high level of HR/Payroll SAP knowledge and support experience to perform an analysis of a client’s HR/Payroll solution documentation.
- Design and document (i.e. Blueprint) a client’s upgrade solution in accordance with ADP’s documentation guidelines.
- Implement a client’s upgrade solution using ADP’s Upgrade Methodology and Tools.
- Liaise with Client Services representatives throughout the Plan&Design and Build phases.
- Provide test issue resolution and other assistance as required by the Global Testing Team (GTT) during the Test and Deploy phases.
- Provide input into end user training material relating to ‘forced changes’.
- Using SAP HR/Payroll knowledge and information obtained during the Plan&Design and Build activities, prepare suitable client Test Plans and Test Scripts to enable GTT to adequately test the upgraded solution.
- Support Client Services through the Deploy phase (i.e. Go-Live phase).
- Accountable for ensuring that all deliverables (i.e. Blueprints, Test Plans and Scripts, ‘Forced Changes’ guides etc) are created on time and accurately in accordance with the Project schedule.
- Possess the highest level of SAP Payroll and HR skills and knowledge and the necessary competencies to constantly deliver project tasks and activities on time.
- Liaise with the Upgrade Project Manager and Team Leaders, providing regular status updates and early warning of any slippage/ problems that may occur.
- Escalate project issues to the Project Manager including scope variations, task slippages and risks that may arise during the project.
- Identify and recommend improvements that benefit the upgrade approach for clients and GV.
- Perform all role and Project responsibilities as part of a virtual global team environment utilising effective communication skills.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years GlobalView Application Support or Implementation experience.
- SAP HR/PY functional experience.
- Knowledge of GlobalView operating models.
- SAP HR system upgrade experience.
- Teamwork - work collaboratively together (with others) to achieve group goals and accomplish business results.
- Ability to work under pressure while constantly meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work and multi-task.
